As a Performance Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Zenskar's growth trajectory. You'll own and drive revenue through paid channels, working closely with product marketing, content marketing, sales, and design teams. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for setting up, scaling, and optimizing performance marketing efforts across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Performance Marketing:

  • Own the setup, execution, and scaling of performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Bing, Capterra, Reddit, Meta, and more.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns for ROI through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and continuous performance monitoring.
  • Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to improve conversion rates across initiatives.
  • Analyze performance data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize impact, ensure cost efficiency, and explore innovative growth opportunities through experimentation.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

  • Design and execute personalized marketing campaigns targeting key accounts to accelerate pipeline growth and conversions.
  • Partner with sales teams to align ABM strategies with sales goals, creating tailored account playbooks and engagement plans.
  • Utilize tools like intent data, CRM platforms, and marketing automation to deliver hyper-personalized experiences for high-value prospects.
  • Build and lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to convert accounts and leads into revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

Go-To-Market Initiatives:

  • SEO:Drive organic growth by optimizing website performance, content, and visibility on search engines.
  • Brand Marketing:Strengthen Zenskar's identity through compelling campaigns and consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Webinars:Manage end-to-end webinar processes, from concept to execution, ensuring engagement and lead generation.
  • Influencers & Partnerships:Develop co-marketing initiatives with industry leaders/influencers to expand reach and build brand trust.
  • Offline Events:Organize and execute offline events to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Content Distribution:Work closely with content teams to ensure content reaches the target audience effectively.
  • Lead Magnets:Create and distribute valuable tools like templates, calculators, and other resources to attract and engage prospects.
  • Community Building:Build and nurture a close-knit community of potential and existing customers.
  • Podcasts:Conceptualize and launch a podcast to establish thought leadership and industry expertise.

Ideal Candidate:Must-Have:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing and/or digital marketing in a high-velocity environment, with a proven track record of executing concrete projects.
  • Strong experience in at least one advertising channel within B2B SaaS.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in the uncertainty of an early-stage setup.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a metrics-driven approach, balanced with creativity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to the brand voice and write with the customer in mind.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and add value immediately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and proactive with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Ability to apply first-principles thinking and a strong marketing foundation to drive growth and innovation.
  • Passion and curiosity to learn about new products and industries, with a willingness to dive into technical details.
  • A sense of humor and the ability to not take yourself too seriously.
