  • Greeting visitors by , welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Maintain reception area clean and organized.
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers.
  • Drafting the letters, memos, and emails
  • Screen documents, perform administrative tasks, including filing etc
  • Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events, if required.
  • Maintain visitor register
  • Offer refreshments to visitors when required.
  • Direct visitors to the correct person
  • Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
  • Manage the building log of who is entering and exiting the building
  • Receive letters, packages, Couriers, etc. and distribute them
  • Maintains noticeboard outside of the office
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Coordinates Human Resources functions including, Recruitment,
  • Induction,
  • Employee engagement activities, Onboarding, recruiting process
  • Bookings of Hotel/Flights/Bus/Train/Cab
  • Computer skills of mail drafting, word, Excel report preparation
  • 3-4 years of work experience as a receptionist
