Today, 75% of the wastewater treatment facilities (STPs/ ETPs) in factories and buildings don't work properly because the expertise and data to handle such complex operations doesn't exist at the ground level.Our IoT-enabled software platform for water is serving this $17 billion opportunity by managing the complete operations cycle for each one of these facilities and transforming them into compliant units delivering high quality water. We seek a dynamic Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales & business development of water treatment O&M services across Delhi-NCR for residential buildings, commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, malls etc.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Water Treatment O&M along with use of new technologies (IoT, automation, data analytics)
- Conduct visits, calls, product demos, and presentations to prospective customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in these set-ups
- Analyze and present process and operation data
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in alignment with company policies
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in STP/ETP/Waste Water management.
- Managing a team of field professionals involved in business development, sales, and services.
- 3-8 years of experience in technical sales in water sector or related field
- Past experience of working at startups would be an advantage
- A degree in Engineering is required.
- Knowledge of government policies and regulations related to ETP/STP/ZLD
- Organized, structured and consistent in hitting sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, should be well connected and networked
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- High level of humility, action-bias, dynamism, drive, and energy - great teammate
- Ability to work independently, and proactively

- Willingness to travel extensively (60-70%) within Delhi-NCR
