Summary:As an IT Service Management Representative, you will manage delivery for IT production systems and services. You will support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Your role will involve providing operational support and ensuring that production systems and devices are online and available.
This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Critical Incident Management.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Ensure client satisfaction by managing the delivery of IT production systems and services.
- Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle.
- Manage risk to services and ensure operational stability.
- Provide operational support for production systems and devices.
- Ensure that systems and devices are online and available.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms.
- Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Critical Incident Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A degree as per Accenture Standard is required.
