SAP SD - ERP Consultant

Job Description

Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days a week, in-office)

This role requires the consultant to work from the office located in Gurugram, Haryana, and actively contribute to both support and implementation activities within the SAP SD domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation Experience: Contribute to end-to-end SAP SD module implementation, including project scoping, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Support Expertise: Provide ongoing support and issue resolution for SAP SD users, identifying and troubleshooting issues related to sales orders, deliveries, pricing, and billing processes.
• Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize SAP SD settings, including sales order management, pricing, billing, credit management, and delivery processing.
• Process Optimization: Continuously identify and recommend improvements to business processes related to SAP SD, ensuring efficient workflow and user satisfaction.
• Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, explain solutions, and offer guidance for better understanding of SAP SD processes.
• Testing & Documentation: Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance tests. Prepare and maintain relevant documentation related to SAP SD configurations and processes.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD, including at least one full cycle of SAP SD implementation or significant involvement in implementation projects.
• Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of the SAP SD module, including sales order processing, pricing, shipping, billing, and credit management.
• Support Experience: Demonstrated experience in SAP SD support, resolving tickets, addressing user issues, and providing post-implementation support.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP SD configuration and understanding of related modules (MM, FI, etc.). Ability to troubleshoot issues and apply solutions effectively.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Location Requirement: Must be able to work from our office in Gurugram, Haryana, 5 days a week.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• SAP SD Certification is a plus.
