Growth Marketing Manager Founding Team Member

We are seeking a Growth Manager to join as the founding member of the growth team. This is a rare opportunity to build and drive the company's growth strategy from the ground up. As an early team member, you will play a key role in defining growth initiatives, optimizing acquisition channels, and scaling user engagement.

Requirements

• Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies, including performance marketing, content, partnerships, and organic growth.
• Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels to enhance user adoption and retention.
• Analyze data to optimize conversion funnels, customer journeys, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to drive and implement growth initiatives.
• Leverage SEO, social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and referral programs to maximize reach.
• Track key performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and measure the impact of various campaigns.
• Build and lead a high-performance growth team as the company expands.

• Proven experience in growth, performance marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, funnel optimization, and analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, paid media, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, or other data tools (preferred).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, experimentation, and innovation.
