You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality ServiceNow implementations to our clients, ensuring that their business needs are met through innovative and effective technical solutions.

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Project is mainly on CSM module and Integrations with third party applications.
• Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
• Perform system testing and validation to ensure quality and functionality of the solutions deployed.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders after implementation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow features, functions, and updates.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• CIS-CSM certification is added advantage
• Strong knowledge in CSM Module
• 5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is added advantage.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Experience in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and CSM.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and teams.
