Administrative Assistant Whole-time Director & Sr. EVP

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Organize and maintain the director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, interviews, appointments, and events, while ensuring optimal time management.
  • Communication Handling:Serve as the primary point of contact between the director and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
  • Meeting Coordination:Prepare agendas, coordinate meeting logistics, and document minutes to ensure actionable follow-ups.
  • Travel Arrangements:Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including accommodations and itineraries, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, review, and manage reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Project Assistance: Support Whole time Director in special projects by conducting research, compiling data, and providing insights to aid decision-making.
