Job Description: Inside Sales Associate

Position Summary: The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, email, and other communication channels. This role focuses on lead qualification, product/service promotion, and closing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through research, outbound calls, and emails.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer relevant products or services.
• Qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
• Track and manage sales activities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with other teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Provide excellent customer service, following up on customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to close sales.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
