Job Summary:
We're seeking an organized and analytical Sales & MIS Coordinator to support our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will manage sales data, generate insights, and coordinate sales activities to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support (40%):
- Manage sales pipeline, tracking opportunities, and updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Coordinate sales meetings, calls, and product demos.
- Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Assist in contract management and documentation.
- Maintain sales records, files, and documentation.
- MIS (Management Information System) & Reporting (30%):
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and analytics.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs): sales revenue, conversion rates, and sales cycle length.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategies.
- Generate monthly/quarterly sales reports including DSR.
- Administrative Tasks (20%):
- Manage sales team's email, calendar, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and sales events.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks - including any support required for merchant related routine requirements like following with vendors for TID release, Generating SR for customer requests.
- Maintain sales team's documentation and knowledge base.
- Assist in sales budgeting and forecasting.
- Collaboration & Communication (10%):
- Liaise with cross-functional teams: marketing, Vendors, customer success, and product.
- Communicate sales performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
- Participate in sales meetings, providing data-driven input.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, coordination, or analytics.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies.
- Certification in sales or analytics.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.

Salary Range: 4 lakhs to 10 lakhs.
