Job Title: Sales & MIS Coordinator
Reports to: Sales Manager/Director
Department: Sales/Business Development

Location: Mumbai - Kotak Infiniti - Goregaon

Job Summary:

We're seeking an organized and analytical Sales & MIS Coordinator to support our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will manage sales data, generate insights, and coordinate sales activities to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support (40%):
  2. Manage sales pipeline, tracking opportunities, and updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  3. Coordinate sales meetings, calls, and product demos.
  4. Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
  5. Assist in contract management and documentation.
  6. Maintain sales records, files, and documentation.
  7. MIS (Management Information System) & Reporting (30%):
  8. Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and analytics.
  9. Track key performance indicators (KPIs): sales revenue, conversion rates, and sales cycle length.
  10. Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  11. Provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategies.
  12. Generate monthly/quarterly sales reports including DSR.
  13. Administrative Tasks (20%):
  14. Manage sales team's email, calendar, and travel arrangements.
  15. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and sales events.
  16. Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks - including any support required for merchant related routine requirements like following with vendors for TID release, Generating SR for customer requests.
  17. Maintain sales team's documentation and knowledge base.
  18. Assist in sales budgeting and forecasting.
  19. Collaboration & Communication (10%):
  20. Liaise with cross-functional teams: marketing, Vendors, customer success, and product.
  21. Communicate sales performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
  22. Participate in sales meetings, providing data-driven input.
  23. Collaborate with sales team to develop sales strategies.
  24. Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in sales support, coordination, or analytics.
  3. Proficiency in CRM systems.
  4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  5. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Desirable Skills:

  1. Experience in B2B sales.
  2. Knowledge of sales methodologies.
  3. Certification in sales or analytics.
  4. Familiarity with marketing automation tools.

Salary Range: 4 lakhs to 10 lakhs.
