Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive sales initiatives for renewable energy solutions in the Real Estate segment. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering customized solar solutions to meet the energy needs of businesses in the Real Estate sector.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target the Real Estate sector for renewable energy solutions.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.
- Create a robust pipeline of prospective clients and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Market Development
- Analyze market trends and client requirements in the Real Estate sector to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sector-specific campaigns and materials.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote Distributed Energy's solutions.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the Real Estate segment.
- Understand client energy requirements and provide tailored solar solutions that align with their sustainability goals.
- Deliver presentations, proposals, and financial models to communicate the value proposition effectively.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field nice to have.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales or business development, preferably in the renewable energy orReal Estate sector.
- Familiarity with the Real Estate industry and its energy requirements is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
