Location: Bangalore / Noida

We're looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for our B2C Inside sales teams across India. The ideal candidate will elevate our sales capabilities and drive consistent performance improvements across all regions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train & upskill sales teams selling EdTech products in the B2C space (Online MBA, Certifications, etc.).
  • Develop & execute sales training programs to enhance conversion rates & customer engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, identify skill gaps & provide actionable feedback to improve productivity.
  • Design training materials and methodologies to deliver effective sales training programs tailored to our EdTech products
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales team members
  • Collaborate with sales managers & HR to implement performance improvement plans.
  • Conduct training across multiple locations—flexibility for frequent travel is a must.

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • Experience in training B2C EdTech sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling for online courses & certifications.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
  • Knowledge of learning principles and training methodologies
  • Experience of developing successful sales enablement materials
  • Proven track record of pan-India training & coaching.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to train teams across locations.
