Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive (Fresher) located in Hyderabad. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering online support, and delivering technical assistance on the provided platform.

- Online Support and Technical Support skills
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and patience
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
