Oracle Fusion Compensation Consultant

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, and support the Oracle Fusion Compensation module.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Compensation configurations.
• Provide solutions for compensation plan design, salary structures, merit cycles, bonuses, and incentive plans.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring optimal system usage.
• Assist in the development of compensation reports and analytics to support decision-making.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, IT, or Business).
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation module (minimum 10 years).
• Strong understanding of compensation workflows, including base pay, variable pay, and compensation plans.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud integration and data migration processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant Oracle certifications (preferred).
