• Financial Leadership:
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, contributing to the development and execution of business strategies.
• Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effective financial management.
• Financial Control:
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Present financial reports to executive leadership, highlighting key insights and trends.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial information and compliance with internal controls.
• Compliance and Risk Management:
• Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and ensure the organization's compliance.
• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Work closely with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address findings.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Ensure professional development and training opportunities for team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
• Cash Flow Management:
• Manage cash flow and working capital to support operational needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, reduce receivables, and manage payables effectively

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified CA with proven experience in a senior finance role, with a minimum of 11+ Yrs. of experience in SaaS, E-commerce, Internet Tech based companies.
• Experience working on oracle.
• Strong understanding of financial controllership, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial software.
