• Oversee and improve textile processes like Spinning, Weaving, Dyeing, and Finishing.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay updated on global textile trends and technological advancements.

• Postgraduate degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in fabric development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience in textile manufacturing processes such as Spinning, Weaving, Dyeing, and Finishing.
• Strong understanding of fabric construction, fiber properties, and textile chemistry.
