- 1-2 years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in the job market context of India
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English and Hindi
