Associate Director - Content Specialist - IN
As an Associate Director Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing & executing comprehensive content strategies that enhance the overall user experience. It includes developing content ideas, creating content campaigns, design system, voice and tone and managing the content creation process.This role requires a deep understanding of UX principles, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring content alignment with user needs. The Content Strategist will also work with the marketing team to ensure that the content is aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Lead and manage, contribute & implement content strategy aligned with organizational goals & Initiatives.
- Conduct content audits and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Craft compelling and user-focused content for diverse platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and tone.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers & Cross Functional teams like marketing, product management, and development to integrate content seamlessly into user interfaces for optimal and cohesive user experiences.
- Work closely with research to understand target audiences and market trends, informing strategic content decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends to continually improve content strategies
- Utilize user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing to continuously optimize and iterate content for improved performance.
- Stay current on SEO best practices and implement strategies to enhance content visibility and reach.
- Provide leadership within the content design team, guiding and mentoring junior team members.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, encouraging the team to push creative boundaries.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all content touchpoints.
- Collaborate with brand teams to evolve and enhance brand messaging over time.
