Raphe Electronics division is seeking a PCB Layout Design Engineer, whod be a self-starter, team player, and has the ability to work cohesively within the engineering team on-site. Sounds interesting Come, join us on this incredible journey!

Required Skills:
- Hands on Experience with PCB Footprint and Schematics Symbols for Library creation and maintenance.
- Expert in analysing best placement of components considering Signal and power integrity requirements for better EMI/EMC performance.
- Expertise in carrying out the state of art PCB Routing, Power Plane and Split Plane creation.
- Determine layer stack up for PCBs with Impedance controlled signals, Power planes, High speed Digital signals, Analog signals and RF Interfaces.
- Proficient in designing Impedance controlled boards for Single Ended, differential traces and length matched high speed bus.
- Familiarity with PCB trace widths and copper weight evaluation, required for high current traces while considering rise in temp of trace and maximum temperature rating of the laminate.
- Create and release documentation for fabrication of PCBs.
- Knowledge of Signal and Power Integrity fundamentals.
- Ensuring quality of release of Gerber data with thorough CAM check, fabrication notes, assembly data and drawings.
- Capable of handling Engineering queries from fabricators and its resolution.
- Expertise in Altium Designer and other equivalent tools like Cadence Allegro etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
Desired Skills:
- A good understanding of IPC standards.
- Clarity of creepage and clearance requirements for different voltage and environmental conditions.
- Collaborate with internal design team, SMT production team and PCB vendors to continually improve design rules and constraints for DFX including DFM/DFA/DFT Guidelines.
- Familiar with layout practices to mitigate EMC/EMI issues.
- Experience with Signal Integrity and Power Integrity tools.
As PCB Layout Design Engineer, you will:
- Be responsible to work on the Layout activities for all In-house designs for Aerospace products.
- Work with mechanical team for the fitment analysis.
- Work with design team to understand the requirements and to deliver accordingly.
- Work with fabrication houses to get the PCBs fabricated as per the requirement
- Work with fabrication house and production house to make the DFX considering their DFM, DFA, DFT Guidelines.
- Work with production team and fulfilling all the data requirements for SMT assembly, ICT and functional testing.
- Maintain component libraries centrally
- Maintain design guidelines for different categories of signal and power sections.
Degree and Experience:
B.E., B.Tech., or M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering or related discipline, and typically 4-6 years of related work experience as PCB Layout Design Engineer.
