Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior HR Associate to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position with the option for internship, perfect for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role involves supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, and data management, ensuring compliance with HR policies and payroll processing.

The successful candidate will work in Bangalore Urban, Bangalore, Bangalore Rural, and Bengaluru.

Qualifications And Skills
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques to effectively identify and attract talent.
  • Proficient in employee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires into the company.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies to maintain a compliant and efficient HR department.
  • Experience in payroll processing to accurately manage employee compensation.
  • Ability to foster positive employee relations to maintain a harmonious workplace.
  • Skilled in data management to effectively organize and retrieve employee information.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements to adhere to company and legal standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management.

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Manage employee onboarding processes, ensuring documentation and orientation are completed.
