Maintain accurate and up/-to/-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other relevant documentation Skills/: Recruitment & Staffing/: Strong experience in recruitment and staffing processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
HR Generalist Knowledge/: Basic understanding of HR principles and practices, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training. Communication & Interpersonal Skills/: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
