Eriez Magnetic India is looking for English Tutor to improving the Speaking/Writing skill of the Eriez Employees.

• Evaluate the communication skills level of Staff and provide feedback
• Provide group instruction to the employees in groups according to their skill level
• Preparing lesson and teaching material that suits to different skill levels.
• Assign homework and interesting exercises to improve spoken and written English
• Identify employee with special requirements and create individualized plans
• Effectively involve them in a group discussion and develop public speaking confidence
• Teach Basic grammar and sentence constructions.
• Teach them the method of developing vocabulary.
• Train them the communication that will be useful in day to day conversation.
• Increase professional communication skills by improving comprehension, vocabulary, speaking/listening/reading/writing skill

Skill and Qualifications:

• Qualification as English or ESL instructor
• Native English speaker OR equivalent skill level
• Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in an English teaching role. (Especially communication development)
• The ability to compile lesson plans efficiently.
• The ability to execute lessons with meaning, in a fun, and engaging manner.
• Other Desirable Qualifications:
• Ability to speak and understand Tamil
• BA/MA in English Language or English Literature
• Experience in North American English practice

• Contract, 6-12 month (negotiable term)
