Job Profile - HR Executive (Immediate Joiner)

Overview

The HR Executive plays a vital role in the human resources department of an organization by managing various HR functions and ensuring that the companys workforce is effectively supported and nurtured. This position is crucial as it helps in aligning the organizations goals with employee needs.

The HR Executive will be responsible for administering HR policies and programs, handling employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Administer employee benefits and handle related inquiries.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution strategies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Organize training and development programs for employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale.
  • Facilitate exit interviews and manage the offboarding process.
  • Coordinate with departmental heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Assist in the creation of HR metrics and reporting to management.
  • Provide support during audits related to HR processes and policies.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to improve processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive, or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Experience with HR software and databases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in recruitment and talent management.
  • Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics.
  • Knowledge of employee development and training strategies.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills in HR functions.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
