Job Description- Lead all efforts for client servicing.
- To become the single point of contact for any communication with the brands.
- Advice the clients on best practices.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain high client retention rates.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Executive should have:
- 5-7 years of overall experience in a similar role.
- Open to Bangalore as a location.
- Candidate should come with experience in a client servicing role with an Ad agency.
