Senior Analyst - Sales Operations

Overview:
We are seeking a person ideally with 3 -6 years of post-MBA experience with excellent communication and analytical skills. The personnel will look after day-to-day corporate operations and strategic initiatives.
Ideally someone who is willing to relocate or based out of Chennai (Headquarter). We follow a hybrid model.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility includes –- Develop working relationships and manage projects with a variety of global stakeholders (corporate, sales, delivery, finance leadership)
- Responsible for all aspects of the financial, pipeline, and sales reporting leveraging Salesforce CRM and other MIS systems
- Design, implement, and evolve the operational systems, processes, and policies to support the creation of accurate dashboards, reporting metrics, trends analysis, and timely deliverables
- Develop and promote key metrics and reporting to measure and publish results over time
- Track top opportunities, investments, and prepare for and participate in pipeline review calls and other forums
- Identify and resolve issues/conflicts across the operational organization
- Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop both strategic recommendations and operational overview for the C-suite, board, and investors – using advanced storyboarding, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills
- Demonstrate and apply solid knowledge of management frameworks and bring great project management skills into the workplace
- Help design and operationalize sales benefits & incentives

- Good communication skills including logical structuring and storytelling using Advance Excel dashboards and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of corporate finance

- Ability to manage operational performance and reporting cycles (including the oversight of KPIs, opportunity pipeline, and investment impact tracking)
- An attitude to get things done i.e. solid project management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous & uncertain environments
- Exceptional attention to detail and responsiveness
- Highly developed personal and professional ethics
- Basic Salesforce administration and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills or BI data visualization tools like Tableau/PowerBI
- Finance/quantitative background
