We are seeking an experienced International blended process executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for handling both voice and non-voice processes for our international clients.

• Handle both voice and non-voice processes for international clients
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints via email, phone, and chat
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals

• 2-6 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult customers
• Experience with both voice and non-voice processes
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
