About Us:

We're seeking a skilled and motivated CCTV Technician to join our dynamic team in Bangalore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and repair CCTV equipment, diagnosing issues with cameras, DVR/NVR systems, cabling, and other related devices.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Work closely with the installation team to set up secure and efficient monitoring solutions for residential and commercial clients.
• Provide support to customers on the usage, operation, and maintenance of installed CCTV systems.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest in CCTV technology, ensuring clients receive the most effective security solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or similar role in security systems installation.
• Knowledge of analog and IP-based CCTV systems.
• Proficiency with DVR/NVR configurations and network setup for remote access.
• Strong understanding of cable management, wiring, and electrical principles.
• Problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, and willingness to work flexible hours if required.
