Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager for the above location to lead our project sales efforts in the building material sector. The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of relevant experience, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the assigned territory.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, builders, and project managers.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand the competitive landscape, and anticipate customer needs.
Sales Execution: Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a consultative approach to meet client requirements.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and providing guidance to achieve sales objectives.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, from order placement to delivery and after-sales support.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to senior management on market trends and sales activities.
Budget Management: Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the building material industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
