Operations Executive - Loan Documents Verification
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive responsible for managing the verification and processing of loan documents. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating the smooth disbursement of loans.
Key responsibilities include:
Loan Document Verification: Reviewing and validating loan-related documents for accuracy and completeness before processing.Case Disbursement: Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of loan amounts.
E-KYC (Electronic Know Your Customer): Conducting and verifying customer identity through digital KYC processes.
CERSAI Compliance: Managing registrations and updates in the CERSAI (Central Registry of Securitisation Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest) database to prevent fraud and ensure secure transactions.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail
Familiarity with financial documents and loan processes
Knowledge of CERSAI and E-KYC procedures is a plus
Good communication and organizational skills
