Account Development Representative - Existing Business

as a Customer Development Manager. You will be interacting with
existing clients of all levels, in a variety of industries across North
America. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance through a clearly

What You'll Need to be Successful:
Job Duties- Ramp up on knowledge of products and services that we offer.
- Identify opportunities through follow up of inbound leads and outbound prospecting within the existing customer base.
- Research lists of existing companies to target, use the prospecting tools to develop email / telephone campaigns to spark interest in the product.
- Follow through with general ongoing contact with prospects to help nurture them through the sales funnel to generate quality sales opportunities.
- Generate cross sell opportunities to existing customers over the phone / email and schedule meetings for Customer Account Managers.
- Drive customer participation in webinars, certification events, and/or conference.
- Achieve monthly quotas of qualified and sales accepted opportunities.
- Supporting US clientele and will be required to work in Night Shifts
- Achievement against sales qualified opportunity quota
- Account coverage
- Activities leading to opportunity generation.
- Self-starter with ability to take initiative
What You'll Need to be Successful
Qualifications- Minimum qualification required will be a Graduate.
- 3-5 Years of corporate experience, outside of undergraduate graduation (Software sales is a plus)
- Prior inside sales experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Experience being held to and motivated by metrics
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High energy and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
