Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Proactively address risks and maintain a compliant HR infrastructure.
Compensation & Benefits Leadership:
- Lead the development of competitive compensation frameworks and benefits programs.
- Oversee payroll and employee welfare initiatives to ensure fairness and equity.
Learning & Organizational Development:

Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years in senior HR leadership roles with a proven track record of success.
