  • Facilitate ongoing feedback, goal-setting, and employee development frameworks.

Employee Relations & Workplace Dynamics:

  • Foster a positive, engaging, and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and manage complex HR issues effectively.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Proactively address risks and maintain a compliant HR infrastructure.

Compensation & Benefits Leadership:

  • Lead the development of competitive compensation frameworks and benefits programs.
  • Oversee payroll and employee welfare initiatives to ensure fairness and equity.

Learning & Organizational Development:

  • Identify training needs and champion professional growth through innovative learning programs.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Organizational Culture & Engagement:

  • Shape initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years in senior HR leadership roles with a proven track record of success.
  • Deep expertise in labor laws, HR policies, and industry best practices.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to operational excellence.
