Will usually have 8-20 direct reports and will be responsible for their personnel management
Can handle projects where various types of skill sets (technology) is used as well as distributed teams.

This position reports to:Portfolio Manager (Principal Consultant)
Direct Reports:Consultants, Associate Consultants and Trainees
Qualifications:
Know-How/Skill Sets:
Education: GraduateBachelors degree (any stream) .
Experience: 8 years of IT application development experience with 1 years as Project lead/Assistant Project Manager is recommended . Experience is not a constraint for the right candidate.
Skill:
Strong estimations skills, excellent people management skills, strong risk management skills, adequate technical knowledge and problem solving, crisp communication and time management skills required. Must have good interpersonal and excellent customer service skills.
