Roles and Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Efficiently manage complex calendars, schedule calls, and coordinate travel arrangements, team off-sites, and events for leadership.
- Meeting Support: Attend key meetings to prepare presentation materials, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-through on action items. Provide reminders on priorities and internal deadlines for seamless progress.
- Task & Roadmap Management: Manage and track tasks, projects, and the broader roadmap. Provide timely updates to leadership on project milestones and help keep the team aligned with deadlines.
- Event & Program Coordination: Act as the program manager for specific non-strategic programs and internal events, ensuring successful planning and execution.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion and tact. Maintain professionalism in all interactions with employees, departments, and external partners.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional communication with departments and teams, coordinating necessary meetings and interactions with the leadership team.
- Adaptability: Manage multiple priorities and remain flexible as tasks and focus shift in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 1+ year of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-Level executive.
- Strong background in calendaring, meeting preparation, and managing strategic projects.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-growing company environment is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required.
