About the Role
Join LS Electricals as a Power Quality Engineer, specializing in conducting harmonic studies
with the Krykard CA8345 Analyzer. This role focuses on accurately recording harmonic
distortion levels at various industrial and commercial sites and addressing client queries on-site
to ensure system efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Harmonic Data Recording
Conduct detailed harmonic studies during site visits using the Krykard CA8345 Analyzer.
Accurately record data on harmonic levels to assess compliance with standards such as
IEEE-519.- Client Interaction
Address and clarify any client queries on-site regarding the data or findings.
Provide immediate feedback and explanations to help clients understand the
implications of the harmonic study results.- Documentation
Prepare and maintain clear and detailed records of all data collected during site visits.
Ensure documentation meets standards required for future analysis or verification.
Key Competencies- Technical Expertise
Proficiency in using the Krykard CA8345 Analyzer for detailed and accurate data
collection.
A solid understanding of harmonic analysis and power quality assessment.- Communication Skills
Excellent ability to communicate complex data and findings in an understandable
manner.
Proven track record of effective client interactions at technical levels.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Experience: 1-3 years in power quality analysis, particularly in conducting and documenting
harmonic studies.
