Data, Reporting and Process Improvement Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an effective background in process analysis and improvement methodologies, along with advanced skills in SharePoint, including coding and development.This role will focus on identifying opportunities for process optimization, implementing solutions, and enhancing the overall efficiency of our operations, particularly in sourcing and procurement.

What will your essential responsibilities include- Analyze existing processes and workflows related to sourcing and procurement to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
- Utilize SharePoint to create, manage, and optimize workflows and document management systems specific to procurement activities.
- Write custom code and scripts to enhance SharePoint functionalities and automate sourcing and procurement processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement process changes in sourcing and procurement.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process improvements and report on progress, particularly in procurement efficiency.
- Provide training and support to team members on new processes, SharePoint tools, and procurement best practices.
- Remain up to date with the latest SharePoint features and best practices to ensure optimal usage in sourcing and procurement.
You will report to the AVP-Data and Process.

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement roles, with a focus on sourcing and procurement operations.
- Advanced proficiency in SharePoint, including experience with SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and coding in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
- Desired Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with sourcing and procurement tools and software (e.g., e-sourcing platforms, procurement management systems).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
