Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems or system enhancements.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
- Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes.
- Experience in business process analysis and modeling.
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with financial reporting and consolidation tools.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
