We are seeking a Mid-Level Sales Marketing Executive to join our team at GREATBELL HR Consultancy Services. The position is full-time, with a primary focus on driving sales and marketing initiatives within the hospitality industry. The role requires a work experience of 4 to 6 years and is based in Cochin, Ernakulam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, Thrissur, and Alappuzha.

• Proven experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotel sales and bookings (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of sales strategy development and implementation, with an ability to analyze market trends.
• Experience in conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
• Proficient in tourism management, understanding the dynamics and trends within the tourism sector.
• Skilled in travel management, with the ability to organize and coordinate travel-related services effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Must have attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to address various business challenges.

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase bookings and company revenue within the hospitality sector.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships while seeking new partnerships and collaborations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet Corporate clients, and tour operators and get business leads
• Organize and participate in industry events, tradeshows, and networking activities to promote the company's services.
• Provide detailed reports and analysis of sales performance to the management team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations at all times.
