Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Reports To: Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Department: Sales
Territory: East/South/West (Base location will be HQ- Pune)

Salary: Up to 10LPA

Role Purpose:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales operations, and increasing market share within the assigned territory. This role requires a dynamic leader who can develop and execute sales strategies, build and manage a high-performing sales team, and foster strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Business Development
  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities, customer segments, and industry trends to drive business expansion.
  • Establish and monitor short-term and long-term sales targets for the region.
  1. Revenue Growth and Sales Management
  • Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and manage the regional sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create sales plans and promotional strategies.
  • Drive pricing strategies that align with market dynamics and company profitability goals.
  1. Team Leadership and Development
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for professional growth.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer-centricity within the sales team.
  1. Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Oversee customer interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions to improve overall customer experience.
  1. Financial and Operational Efficiency
  • Manage the regional sales budget effectively to optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to financial planning.
  • Ensure efficient sales operations by leveraging CRM and data analytics tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed regional sales targets and increase market share.
  • Sales Performance: Improve conversion rates, shorten the sales cycle, and enhance deal sizes.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Improve customer retention, reduce churn, and enhance Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Team Performance: Develop a strong, motivated, and high-performing sales team.
  • Financial Management: Maintain profitability and budget discipline in sales operations.

Education and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the display products industry or related technology sector is highly desirable.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
