Greeting from PSGRKCWOur institution has a rich history of academic excellence, and we are looking for a dynamic individual to help us extend our legacy on a global scale.Department : Office of International Relations (OIR)Designation: ExecutiveKey ResponsibilitiesAdministration:Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.Serve as a liaison between the OIR office, Department Coordinators, and other internal and external stakeholders.Coordinate travel itineraries for international travel and student immersions in collaboration with the external travel agency.Ensure timely and efficient arrangement of transportation, lodging, and other travel logistics.Manage daily schedules, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth office operations, including financial management.Oversee all administrative tasks related to international student management.Oversee daily office operations such as scheduling, coordinating meetings, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of activities.Work closely with the Finance Team to ensure financial compliance for the office's expenses.Track and process invoices related to office expenses, and maintain records for financial transparency.Counselling and Student Support:Follow up on leads received via emails, education fairs, and other sources.Provide guidance to prospective students on immersion programs, progression options, and other educational opportunities and forwarding queries to senior staff as needed for further counselling.Collaborate with the administrative office and respective departments (including hostels) to coordinate the onboarding process for international students.Provide information to students regarding progression and global immersion opportunities.Support students in navigating available options for global exposure and career advancement.Data Management and Record Keeping:Maintain an organized and efficient documentation system for all OIR activities.Coordinate the FRRO tasks for all international students to ensure compliance with local regulations.Maintain accurate and confidential records of student inquiries, admissions, and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) data.Ensure that all records are regularly updated and are compliant with organizational standards.Qualification:- Master’s degree- Experience in International relations | international education in a relevant field- 3 to 5 years of Previous experience in admissions, preferably in an educational institution.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- International exposure or experience in dealing with international students is a plus.- Involves assisting international students with visa and immigration compliance.- Proficiency in relevant software and data management tools.How to Apply:If you are ready to take on this exciting role and help shape the future of education, please submit your resume and a cover letter to us.More information about this Executive JobPlease go through the below FAQs to get all answers related to the given Executive jobWhat are the job requirements to apply for this Executive job position?
