Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities -- Analyze Projects in details as to: Timeline, Budget, Forecasting, expediting, resource profiling and create detailed functional scope document.
- Create and manage sprints for agile/scrum projects.
- Create Wireframe, Flow Diagram and user stories.
- Ensure project delivery as per agreed timeline.
- Manage project teams for multiple projects.
- Regularly communicate with client/s.
- Monitor the actual cost/hours against budget, earned value analysis,monitor project risks, issues, resources.
- Preparation of agreements, change control notes, invoices.
- Preparing weekly/monthly progress reports, Dashboard.
- Storing project data properly and ensure use of standard templates, information etc across all similar projects.
- Proactive involvement in improving the processes through automation and use of digital delivery practices.
Experience IT Project Management: 2 years (Required)
Skills -- Advanced knowledge of the philosophies, principals, practices & techniques of project management.
- Understand and has utilized Critical Path Analysis, Earned Value Techniques, and Basic project management skills. Ability to interpret and evaluate complex financial information through critical thinking.
- Commercial awareness and Excellent communication skills.
- Hands on experience on using advanced excel, Power Query, and PowerBI tools for developing tools and dashboards for internal and external stakeholder communications.
- Awareness of Primavera Risk Analysis tool and Quantitative Schedule/Cost Risk Analysis (QSRA/QCRA) (Good to have)
