About Our Client

• Lead Production Department and drive improvements that are measurable while upholding quality of the product
• Planning the production and delivering to capacity with high utilization levels of the facility and high productivity
• Build and monitor production schedules to ensure they are aligned with customer demand and delivery plan
• Promote Lean Manufacturing tools and technique in all production related processes to increase efficiency and minimizing operating costs
• Oversee the professional development and evaluation of Supervisors and Technicians.
• Identify Operator/technicians development opportunities and work with plant HR in construction and implementation of training programs that are comprehensive and regularly reinforced.
• Provide input and oversee spending related to Production budgetary requirements.
• Actively solicit suggestions and exploit the experience of other employees to develop and implement product and process improvements.
• Ensure operational activities and management of equipment and materials are executed in a manner consistent with good stewardship
• Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, environmental policies and Factory Act
• Execute all responsibilities according to lawful and ethical standards as established by company policies and procedures
• Builds & leads high performing Production team, Sets high standards and strives to achieve stretch targets

• B. Tech. /B.E. - Chemical/Biochemical Engineering from a reputed institute.
• Strong knowledge of safety, environment and quality regulations
• Proven leadership ability and desire to drive change and remain focused on continuous improvement
• Understands how to get things done in organisations.
• Key Skills: Strong people management and supervisory Skills, problem solving, decision making, self-reliant, team player
