We are seeking a IT Recruiter - Strictly Canadian-based experience with over 5 years of expertise in IT staffing services, excluding any U.S. experience.

Mid-Level: 5+years of only canadian experience, Full-Time role in Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Qualifications And Skills :

• Proven experience as a IT Recruiter
• In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and the Canada job market
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively evaluate technical skills and experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for IT positions within the Canada market
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, resume review, and interview coordination
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract highly qualified candidates
• Build a strong network of IT professionals through referrals, networking events, and online platforms
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and tailor the recruitment process accordingly
• Conduct thorough reference and background checks on potential candidates
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment
