Summary:
As an Solution Architect, you will lead solution and application architect to implement Oracle CX Cloud applications, help in designing application, technical architecture and integration architect. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing architect guidance to the team about the overall program.

With your expertise in Oracle Cloud CX, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation and customization of Customer Experience (CX) applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
  • Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
  • Participate in requirement workshops and key design decisions
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Guide the design, development, and implementation team of Oracle Cloud CX applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into architecture diagram and business process flows. Provide functional and technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Oracle CX Cloud.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous enhancement of applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle CX cloud with other systems.
  • Create business process models based on the requirements Mapping industry trends and best practices to the clients unique requirements and processes to determine applicable fit Capable of defining architecting and re-engineering business processes
  • Able to present solutions described above to senior client management via whiteboard and PowerPoint
Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CX Sales & Service Cloud.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite CRM.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud Sales & Service modules.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud integration tools and technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in data migration and data conversion.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Qualified BE or B.Tech in CSE or IT. Nice to have MBA specialization in Sales or Marketing
  • Good understand of various competitive products like MS CRM, SFDC to position Oracle products accordingly in competitive landscape.
  • Good Skills in MS Office
Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Oracle Customer Experience.
  • Flexible location, but willing to work in shifts to cover for US or EU time zones.
  • A 15-year full-time education is required.
