Job Overview

The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support.

• Fluent in both Hindi and English
• Proven experience in customer support or a related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
• Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses in Hindi
• Resolve customer issues and escalate cases when necessary
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support and service
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide necessary solutions
• Identify and analyze trends in customer queries to provide insights for process improvement
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while dealing with customer interactions
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
