Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Science Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization. You will play a key role in turning complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

• Data Analysis & Modeling:
• Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.
• Build predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning techniques.
• Business Intelligence:
• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Collaboration:
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Data Preparation & Processing:
• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Performance Optimization:
• Continuously optimize models and algorithms to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor the effectiveness of deployed solutions and iterate as needed.

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 710 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or related roles.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
• Familiarity with big data platforms like Hadoop, Spark, or AWS Redshift.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data analysis.
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and hypothesis testing.
• Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is a plus.
