Job Summary:

You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, promoting thier products/services, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services, generate sales, and achieve sales targets
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads, understanding customer needs, and offering appropriate solutions to meet those needs
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products/services and effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers
• Sales Conversion: Convert potential leads into sales by understanding customer requirements, presenting the right products/services, and closing deals
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries and following up on their needs
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the company's CRM system
• Follow-Up: Follow up on leads, handle customer objections, and provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the company
• Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve products/services and sales strategies

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role is preferred
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions
• Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, telephony systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle a high volume of calls
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer objections and complaints effectively and resolve issues promptly
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new products, services, and sales techniques

Working Conditions:

• Work Environment: This role is primarily office-based
• Hours: Full-time position with standard office hours. Some flexibility may be required to meet sales targets
