Summary:The Security Delivery Manager at Accenture is responsible for leading a multi-domain cyber-security delivery team, managing escalations, and ensuring client satisfaction by meeting or exceeding SLA/KPI targets. This role requires extensive experience in various cyber-security domains and strong leadership, communication, and client handling skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities: Provide security operations services to the client.
Manage escalations and ensure delivery meets or exceeds client SLA/KPI.Handle people management responsibilities.
Lead a multi-domain cyber-security delivery team supporting 24/7 operations and project activities in areas such as SIEM, IAM, VM, Infra Security, etc.
Collaborate with delivery leads, client stakeholders, and other teams.
Professional & Technical Skills: 15 years of experience in security services delivery.
Extensive exposure to multiple domains of cyber-security, including SIEM, Identity and Access Management, Vulnerability Management, and Endpoint Security.In-depth understanding of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, and incident management.
Proficient in various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Unix.
Knowledgeable in applications, databases, and middleware to address security concerns.
Must have team management and leadership skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies, cross-skilling, and upskilling.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Must have client handling experience.
