• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and assist in product selection.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals through effective selling techniques.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Stay updated on current promotions, sales, and product knowledge to inform customers.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking and organizing merchandise.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive store atmosphere.,

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, particularly in fashion or apparel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for fashion and a keen sense of style.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with POS systems.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
