Job Overview
RDS Digital is seeking a Junior Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangalore Urban. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our clients social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in content creation and community management and should have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.This is a full-time position.

- Social Media Marketing: Proficiency in managing social media platforms and understanding their best practices.
- Analytics: Ability to analyze social media metrics to monitor performance and inform strategy.

- Engagement Strategies: Expertise in creating strategies to engage and grow a community.
- Campaign Management: Experience in planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns.
- Graphic Design: Basic knowledge of graphic design to assist in content creation.
- Develop, implement, and manage our clients social media strategies.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written).
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Oversee social media accounts design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures).
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
