Job Description

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring intuitive designs to life and enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research, create user personas, and define user journeys.

Optimize designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, and usability testing.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to communicate design ideas.

Collaborate with developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences.

Maintain design consistency by following brand guidelines and UI design systems.

To adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.

Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, icons, graphic design and style standards on typography to continuously improve user experiences.

To Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.

To Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, etc.

Strong understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and user research methodologies.

Should have Working knowledge of the related technologies and software that include Sketch, InVision, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other design tools is a plus.

Basic knowledge of Framer, Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.

Should be Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Familiarity with motion graphics or animations for interactive elements is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in designing for mobile and web applications.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

Ability to interpret data and analytics to enhance user experience.
